Coachként és oktatóként is fontosnak tartom a célállítást, mert az motiváltabbá tesz a nyelvtanulás során. Számos olyan új módszert építek be a tanításba, amivel segíthetek a tanítványaimnak célorientáltnak maradni, erősségeik kihasználásával a nyelvtanulásban rejlő nehézségeket áthidalni és idejüket hatékonyan beosztani.Munkám során minden nap szembesültem azzal, hogy a tanulás manapság milyen kihívások elé állítja az embert. Így kezdtem el érdeklődni a különböző, tanulást könnyítő technikák iránt, amelyek a tanulást élvezhetőbbé is teszik.Coachként az a dolgom, hogy figyeljek és kérdéseimmel kapcsolatot építsek ki a tanulóval. A kérdések új perspektívákat mutatnak nekik, és rávezetik őket az aktuális téma megoldására. Független megfigyelőként segítek új gondolatokat felszabadítani, megoldásokat találni.
