Nesta última cursou tamén estudos de Filoloxía Inglesa. Realizou os Cursos de Doutorado no programa de Educación, Diploma de Estudios Avanzados (DEA) en Educación e Creatividade: Aplicacións Tecnolóxicas, Sociais e Psicopedagóxicas na UCJC. Ten traballado como xornalista no xornal El Progreso de Lugo e na axencia de novas Europa Press. Foi guionista en Netex e subdirectora da Revista Foeminas da Casa da Muller do Concello de Lugo. Na actualidade exerce como profesora de secundaria de Lingua e Literatura Española e é editora do fancine cultural A Revolta. É autora dos poemarios Anxos de Pedra (Scio, 2001) e Esencia de Trementina (Scio, 2008). Escribe contos, teatro e cancións para nen@s e colabora con diversas revistas como Xistral ou Trasluz. Colabora con diversos medios dixitais como Galicia Digital, Praza Pública ou Galicia Confidencial, ademais de ser coeditora do fanzine sociocultural online A Revolta. Prepara a súa tese no departamento de Teoría da Educación, Historia da Educación e Pedagoxía Social da USC en torno ó tema da Educación da Muller dende a época republicana á franquista e estuda o Grao de Educación Primaria na UDC
